We are excited to announce the opening of a new UDC India office at the well-known Rajiv Gandhi IT Park in Chandigarh. The Rajiv Gandhi IT Park, known for its vibrant ecosystem and highly skilled workforce, provides an ideal setting for UDC India’s newest office. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped to support collaboration, creativity, and productivity – fostering a dynamic work environment for our team to help promote growth and innovation. This opening marks UDC India’s third location in addition to Hyderabad and our registered corporate office in Parwanoo.
The office was officially inaugurated on October 18th. This strategic move signifies a pivotal step towards consolidating UDC’s operations in India, reinforcing our commitment to establishing a strong presence in key talent hubs across the country. The launch of this office will additionally help UDC further expand its GIS Services and Business Process Support services to serve our clients across the globe.
Overseeing management of the new office is Rajesh Kumar Sehgal, Head HR and Admin at UDC India. Before joining UDC in July of 2023, Rajesh was the Managing Partner for Ekah Consulting, an HR consulting firm that he founded. He additionally held several HR leadership positions at other companies, including Cyient, TomTom, and Grapecity. “We are excited about the opening of our new office in Chandigarh, which represents a key milestone in our journey,” says Rajesh. “This expansion aligns with our strategic vision to be at the forefront of technological advancements and innovation. We believe that the proximity to talent in Chandigarh will not only strengthen our team but also contribute to the continued success of UDC India.” UDC India believes this move fortifies our position in the competitive Indian market and will lean on Rajesh’s experience and guidance throughout this transition.
UDC India Directors Hamid Akhavan and Sholingur Asuri Lakshminarayanan attended the office inauguration event in October in addition to team leaders Tarun Chatterjee, Gaurav Parashar, Toshar Ahuja, Sridhar Boini, and our staff.
